From Hinge to Hitched

March 30, 2022

Robby and Claire met on Hinge and had their first date at Little Fatty in LA

Spent the night talking about 90 Day Fiance and orange chicken.

Long Distance

June 12, 2022

Robby moved from Los Angeles to the SF Bay Area

They both got to know Los Angeles International and San Jose International airports intimately. Robby would make >100 Southwest flights over two years.

Roommates!

June 1, 2024

After two years of long distance, they finally moved in together in Mountain View, CA. They have an excellent apartment and enjoy the weekly Farmer's Market.

Tell me more about the Welcome Party

We are kicking off the wedding weekend on Friday at the main house on Roblar Farm at 6pm. We'll have dinner and drinks. There is a pool and hot tub so bring a swim suit if you feel so inclined!

What is the dress code for the weekend events?

Cocktail Attire. Think elegant garden party. Dresses, jumpsuits, suits, and ties—oh my! We recommend block heels or dressy flats for the uneven terrain, and bringing a light layer for the evening, as it can get chilly in Santa Ynez.

Where should I stay?

All guests have a beautiful, comfortable (and free) room at Roblar Farm! We would be honored for you to stay with us at Roblar Farm for our wedding weekend. Check-in is at 4:00 PM on November 6, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on November 8.

What airports are nearby?

The closest airport is Santa Barbara Airport (SBA), about 45 minutes away. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is approximately 2 hours from the venue. We recommend renting a car for the best experience exploring wine country.

When should I RSVP?

Please let us know if you'll be joining us by September 15, 2026.

What will the weather be like?

Early November in Santa Ynez is typically mild with daytime temperatures around 65-75°F (18-24°C). Evenings can be cooler, dropping to around 45-55°F (7-13°C), so bring a jacket or wrap for after sunset.

Will there be transportation provided?

Yes! A shuttle will pick everyone up at 3PM and take guests to the ceremony. After the celebration, transportation will also be provided back to Roblar Farm, so you can relax and enjoy the evening.

Do I need a car during the weekend?

Once you've arrived at Roblar Farm, transportation to and from the wedding will be provided. If you'd like to explore Santa Ynez or Los Olivos before check-in or the wedding or after check-out, having a car is recommended.

Is there parking at Roblar Farm?

Yes! Complimentary parking is available at Roblar Farm.

Where are you registered?

No gifts please! Spending the weekend together is all the gift we need.

Is there anything we need to check out of Roblar Farm?

Please turn off all lights, wash all used dishes, remove everything from the fridge, and take trash to dumpsters. Thank you so much for helping us leave Roblar Farm in great condition. We truly appreciate it!
